MOL Education Services is based in Splott, Cardiff and provides alternative education opportunities for 11 – 25 year olds. We deliver Music Technology, Video, Photography, Multimedia and Events Management qualifications from pre entry to level 2.

Due to recent Covid 19 restrictions and limitations in face to face teaching, MOL Education is adapting to the new climate and in doing so we have created this site in order to keep our connections with young people consistent and engaging even in the event of more lockdowns and restrictions. The site will allow us to offer services to young people outside of the regular face to face in house teaching.

MOLE is run by Tim Buckley and Michael Ivins. Tim has a BSc in Sound Technology, Michael has a BA in Business Administration. They first met in 2009 on a youth mentoring training course. They went on to become fully qualified youth workers and since 2013 they have combined practicing youth work with delivering accreditations. They now both have a PGCE at distinction level in post compulsory education.
